Monzo cards and Section 75

If you paid with Monzo Flex, you might be covered by Section 75. You can read more about Section 75 on the UK Finance website..

Before we can dispute a payment for you, we'll need to ask you a few questions. We may also ask for supporting documents you might have like receipts and proof of your contact with the seller or service provider.

How to start a dispute

  1. Tap the Home icon in the menu bar

  2. Tap on a card payment

  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Something wrong? Get help

  4. Scroll to "Help me get this money back" and tap Get help
