Why can't I make a payment to Trade Excel?

Unfortunately customers can't make payments from Monzo accounts to Trade Excel at the moment.

We started blocking these payments on 23 February 2021. We hope that customers will be able to send money to Trade Excel again soon.

We can't give any more explanation at the moment. We're really sorry for the inconvenience.
