My card is about to expire. Where can I get my new card delivered to?
About 8-11 weeks before your card expires, we will contact you to ask where you'd like us to send your new card to. You can choose any address that works best for you — it doesn't have to be your home address. You can also choose to deliver your card abroad but we'll charge you £30 to send your card via DHL air delivery.
Please just make sure that you'll be able to access the mail at your chosen delivery address by the time your card arrives (usually within 2 weeks after you've confirmed your delivery address).
