My app tells me that my new card is on the way I but I haven't ordered a new card

About 8-11 weeks before your card expires, we send you a notification and an email to ask you to confirm your delivery address and to order a new card. If we don't hear from you within 2 weeks of this request, we would automatically send your new card to the address we have on file.

But don't worry if that's not the right address. To order a new card, you can chat with us or order another card to the address of your choice by following these steps:

  1. Tap Home in the Monzo app

  2. Tap on the name of the account you need, if required

  3. Tap the Card tab to the right of your transaction feed

  4. Scroll to Replacement section at the bottom where you'll find the option to order a replacement card

Your new card will not work unless it's activated so don't worry if your original replacement is sent to the wrong address.
