Reporting a lost, damaged or stolen card

If your card’s lost, damaged or stolen it’s easy to order a new one.

Lost or damaged cards

  1. Tap Home in your app’s menu bar.

  2. Tap Card.

  3. Tap Freeze.

  4. Tap Order a new card just below.

  5. Choose the reason you’re ordering a new card.

Stolen cards If your card’s been stolen, or you’ve seen transactions that don’t look right, make sure you’ve frozen your card until you get the new one.

Here’s how to order it.

  1. Tap Home in your app’s menu bar.

  2. Tap Card.

  3. Tap Freeze.

  4. Tap Order a new card just below.

  5. Tap I’ve been a victim of fraud or theft.

Don’t have access to your Monzo app?

You can access Monzo Web to freeze your card.

Accessing Monzo Web 💻

  1. Enter the email address linked to your Monzo account

  2. Check your email for a magic link to sign in
