Getting a PIN reminder
Forgotten your PIN? No worries. You can get a reminder of your PIN by following these steps:
Tap the ‘Card’ button on the affected account and you’ll see the option ‘Reveal PIN’
Follow the steps (you'll need your card, your ID, and to take a selfie video)
We will never ask for your PIN, long card number or three digits from the back of your card, so please keep this a secret, even from us!
Once we've verified your identity we'll show you a reminder of your PIN.
