Can I create and send invoices using my computer rather than a mobile phone?
Yes, you have the option to create and send invoices in the Monzo app or on web. It’s up to you.
How do invoice payment links work?
If you’re a Monzo Business Pro or Team customer, you can create unlimited invoices that include a link your customers can use to pay you directly – without entering any details.
To add a payment link to invoices in the mobile or web app, head to ‘Get paid’, tap ‘Create invoice’ and toggle on the payment link. When your customers tap ‘Pay invoice’, they’ll see a summary of your invoice as well as the options to ‘Pay by easy bank transfer’ and ‘Pay by card’. The card option will only appear if you’ve switched ‘Accept online cards’ on. Pro and Team start from £9 a month.
Can I create and customise my own invoices?
Absolutely. You can add your business logo, email address, VAT number, payment options and your business’ invoice Ts&Cs.
