I was invited but I didn't receive my bonus yet
Once you've successfully signed up and met the eligibility criteria, you and the person who invited you should both get your bonuses.
If you haven’t got your bonus, check you’ve followed these steps:
Claimed your invite via join.monzo.com, and finished signing up
You’ll need to wait for your card to arrive in the post, and activate it once it arrives.
To get the referral reward, you’ll need to meet the eligibility criteria within 30 days. You can check what’s needed by visiting the Referral hub, just tap on the present icon (🎁) at the top of your ‘Home’ screen.
