I was invited but I didn't receive my bonus yet
To qualify for a referral reward, you must open your friend's invite link and enter your phone number before signing up for Monzo.
Unfortunately, if you signed up without using the invite link first, or didn't enter your phone number through the invite page before signing up, you won't be eligible for a referral reward.
This step is needed so we can link your account to the person who referred you. We’re unable to match your details to a referral if you didn’t sign up using the referral link.
Remember, to get the referral reward, you'll need to meet the eligibility criteria within 30 days. You can check what’s needed by visiting the Referral hub, just tap on the present icon (🎁) at the top of your ‘Home’ screen.
Currently, not every invite comes with an incentive bonus. If you've checked and it definitely did and if you've done everything required and haven't received your bonus, please get in touch!
