Spanish IRPF (Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas) is progressive — real rates depend on your total income and personal circumstances.

Real tax is calculated on net profit — income minus your actual business expenses. We've assumed the standard 7% deduction Hacienda allows by default. If your real expenses are higher (office rent, tools, professional services, travel), your actual tax bill will be lower than this estimate.

If your annual profit is below the personal allowance (approx. 5.550 € a year), you may not owe IRPF — that’s why some estimates can show 0 €.
