What is a business expense card?
Monzo Business expense cards let team members spend up to limits that the business owner or admins set for them, while saving everyone time spent on admin.
For online and in person payments Anyone with an expense card can spend online or in person, including through Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Simple ways to add expense details For every expense card payment we ask the team member to add a receipt (either as a photo or PDF) and a short summary of what they paid for and why. They can also add the VAT rate they paid and categorise the payment. For example, meals, travel or supplies.
Admins can see who spent what and where Anyone with admin access can see each team member's spending in the Monzo app at any time.
